Warranty Terms
Maestro Electric Steam Cooker is guaranteed by the manufacturers for one year from the date of purchase and will, during this period, be replaced or repaired, free of charge, if there is any defect due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Cooker is used properly in accordance with the instructions as given in the Operation Manual.
2. The warranty does not cover if descaling is not carried out periodically as mentioned in Operation Manual.
3. The warranty does not cover if the product is attended to by others excepting our Authorised Service Centres.
4. The decision of the manufacturer is final in all cases of complaints.
5. The warranty card duly stamped and signed by the dealer along with the cash memo, should be preserved and produced along with the unit sent to the Service Centre, otherwise the claim will be treated as invalid.
6. The warranty does not cover any Steam Cooker fitted with spurious / duplicate spare parts.
7. The warranty is applicable only if used for domestic purposes and not if used commercially.
